Terms of Service

These terms cover the services provided by NathieDev to its clients. The terms of use of an individual application are set out on that application's own page. See the list of applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by NathieDev, including mobile development, website development, ASO, SEO and business automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NathieDev provides various digital services including but not limited to mobile application development, website design and development, App Store Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, and business workflow automation. The specifics of these services are detailed in individual service agreements or project scopes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All deliverables, designs, code and documentation created by NathieDev as part of our services are the intellectual property of NathieDev until payment is received in full, at which point ownership is transferred to the client, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as necessary for NathieDev to perform the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts or agreements. NathieDev reserves the right to suspend services for late or non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

NathieDev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangibles.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Terms regarding termination and any associated fees are outlined in individual service agreements.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of France.

9. Amendments to Terms of Service

NathieDev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Google API Services

NathieDev AI-Creativ Automation uses Google API Services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, People) to provide business automation workflows. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
