Introduction
This policy explains how NathieDev collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when using our mobile applications, and the rights the General Data Protection Regulation gives you.
Each application is different, and each one has its own policy. Some of our apps store nothing at all and work entirely offline; others need an account. The page for each application states exactly what it does. This page covers what is common to all of them.
1. What the applications collect
There is no single answer, so here is the honest summary. The authoritative text for any given app is the one on its own page.

Where an application does collect data, it may include:
- Personal data: information you voluntarily provide when you register or interact with the app, such as your name and email address.
- Content you create: what you record, save or configure inside the app.
- Usage data: how you use the app, including your interactions with its features.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the service: to operate, maintain and improve the applications.
- To keep your account working, where the application has accounts.
We do not profile you, and we do not use your data to build advertising audiences. If an application ever displays advertising, that fact is stated on its own page before you install it.
3. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Where an application relies on a hosting or authentication provider to work, that provider is named on the application's own page.
4. Data retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. For applications that store nothing on a server, uninstalling the app removes everything.
5. Your rights under the GDPR
- Access: you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: you have the right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Erasure: you have the right to request that we delete your personal data.
- Objection: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Portability: you have the right to receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
6. How to exercise your rights

7. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted connections and restricted access to credentials.
8. Children
Our applications are intended for an adult audience and do not target children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page and the date at the top updated accordingly.
