2. Google API Services — User Data Policy
NathieDev AI-Creativ Automation uses Google API Services to provide automation workflows for business clients. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your Google data
- Data is accessed exclusively through our self-hosted n8n automation platform.
- Data is used only to provide the automation services requested.
- Data is never sold, shared or transferred to third parties.
- Data is never used for advertising purposes.
- Data is never used to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Data is never read by a human, except where you explicitly ask us to in order to fix a problem, or where the law requires it.
- Access is granted only by the account owner or under a direct management contract.
3. Data We Collect
- Identity Data: name, email address.
- Usage Data: automation workflow logs.
- Google Data: email content, calendar events, Drive files, Sheets data and contacts, accessed only with your explicit authorisation.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of:
- Your explicit consent, given through the Google OAuth authorisation screen.
- Contractual necessity, in order to deliver the service.
- Our legitimate business interests, where they do not override your rights.
5. Data Retention
- Google OAuth tokens are stored securely on our n8n platform.
- Tokens are revocable at any time from your Google Account settings.
- Workflow logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
- When you revoke access, the corresponding tokens are deleted and no further data is retrieved.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS).
- Secure credential storage.
- Access restricted to authorised personnel only.
